Russ Orchard has spent more than three decades helping real estate agents transform potential into performance. As the Principal Broker of Century 21 Everest one of the top-producing offices in the country Russ has personally trained, coached, and led thousands of agents to six- and seven-figure success. Eight of his agents have earned “Rookie of the Year” honors from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and his brokerage consistently ranks among the best in the entire Century 21 system.


Russ’s approach is built on one simple truth: success isn’t random it’s math.
